Biography: |
I have been practising Yang style Tai Chi and Qigong since 2003. In 2007 I began a two year teacher training course with the London College of Chi Kung and am developing my daily practice. Having suffered from asthma since childhood, within two years of beginning regular Tai Chi and Qigong practice I was able to cease medication and have been completely free of asthma since 2005. I have now in addition begun to study Bagua and my interest in Daoist studies is deepening.
